Notice of new Trust structure, 1 July 2021

The Miss Agnes H Hunter’s Trust has amended its structure to become a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO), and is hereby known as the Agnes Hunter Trust SCIO, registered charity No. SC050811.

All assets, liabilities and operations have been transferred to the SCIO as of 1st July 2021, and the original Trust has subsequently been wound up. This has not impacted on the ongoing grant payments awarded by the Board during 2021, nor any future rounds of grants.

The Agnes Hunter Trust SCIO will continue to operate two rounds of grant awards each year. Further detail can be found on the What we fund page and Apply for a grant page.
